Guide to Safe Scouting This is a unit leader's guide for current B.S.A. policies and procedures to safe scouting activities. Topics include adult leadership, aquatics safety, camping guidelines, special unit activities, alcohol/tobacco policy, emergencies, first aid, fuels and fire prevention, guns and firearms, sports, inspections, medical information, transportation, youth protection and child abuse and much more.

When rechartering, please include your meeting place, time and day. This is important to the registrar when questions arise. Also, please include your email address.
If you are rechartering on line this year, you cannot start your recharter process until November 1st. Your ID number is located on the front of your recharter packet on the left side.
